Overview

Put one AI workflow into production in 4 to 8 weeks.

Agentwerk helps owner-led B2B companies take one recurring process, such as RFQs, product tickets, quotes, client intake, or reports, and turn it into a controlled AI workflow inside the tools you already use. With human approval, an audit log, and a KPI baseline.

  • In production in 4 to 8 weeks
  • Human approval
  • Audit trail
  • KPI baseline

30 minutes, free, no sales pitch. We figure out whether a workflow is worth building for you.

You feel it every day, but nothing has reached production

  • AI everywhere, nothing in production

There were tests, demos and a few tools. Not one process runs reliably today without someone watching it.

  • You are still the bottleneck

The important calls and the routine checks still land on your desk. No one else can safely take them over.

  • No one owns measurement or risk

No baseline, no log, no approval step. So you can't tell whether anything improved or just got riskier.

No chatbots. Productive workflows.

We don't build chatbots and we don't build AI strategy slides. We take one recurring process from your knowledge work and turn it into a workflow that does the job. A person stays in the loop, and you get numbers you can check.

  • Runs inside your tools

The workflow runs where your team already works: Slack, email, HubSpot, Notion, Linear, GitHub, or your ERP. No new interface that nobody opens.

  • You stay in control

The agent prepares and proposes. Approval and escalation stay with your people. Every step is logged and traceable.

  • You get before-and-after numbers

We measure a KPI baseline before you start, then the same KPI afterward. You see what changed instead of guessing.

How it works

Three stages, one path. Each stage delivers a result the next one builds on. You decide after each stage whether to continue.

  1. 1

    Scan

You know which process is worth it and what it will return.

    from 7,500 CHF/EUR

    • A process inventory of your recurring knowledge work
    • 3 to 5 prioritized agent candidates with an ROI and risk assessment
    • A KPI baseline, so the later effect can be measured
    • A clear recommendation on which workflow to start with
  2. 2

    Workflow Sprint

One real, productive workflow runs in your operation.

    from 30,000 CHF/EUR

    • One process becomes a running workflow inside your tools
    • SOPs, evals, and logging, so the result stays reliable
    • Approvals and escalation for the human in the loop
    • Onboarding for your team, so it keeps running without us
  3. 3

    Managed AgentOps

The workflow stays reliable as models and tools change.

    from 5,000 CHF/EUR / month

    • Ongoing monitoring and regular evals
    • Model and tool migration when something better comes along
    • KPI reporting that shows the effect over time
    • Adjustments as your process evolves

What an AI workflow looks like with us

Example: requests from email or a form get structured, you approve, and every step is logged. The pattern works for most recurring processes, whatever the industry.

Intake A request arrives by email, form or PDF. The workflow starts on its own.
Structure The agent reads the content, pulls out the relevant fields, and matches them against your CRM or ERP.
Check Anything uncertain or sensitive gets flagged and put forward for a decision, with the reasoning attached.
Human Your approval You see the draft and the underlying data in Slack or by email. Approve with one click, correct it, or escalate.
Output Once you approve, the workflow writes the reply or record straight into the target system, for example HubSpot, Notion or your ERP.
Log Every step, every source and every decision is recorded for audit and feeds your KPI reporting.

Not a chatbot that answers whatever it wants. A fixed sequence with an approval step and a full log of every action.

Who this is for

A good fit if

  • You run an owner-led B2B company: a specialized service firm, a SaaS company, a technical supplier, or an operations team with 20 to 300 people
  • Recurring knowledge work keeps eating senior time
  • Decisions move fast and don't pass through three committees
  • You want one workflow in production, not another AI workshop

Probably not the right fit if

  • You're an early-stage startup that would rather build all of this yourself with Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code
  • You need a 12-month procurement process, a global framework agreement, and five committees before a small paid pilot can start

Enterprise teams are welcome when there's a clear business owner, a narrow workflow, and budget for a paid pilot.

Our approach

We come from building, not from consulting. We bring four things that rarely show up together.

  • Product thinking

We look for the one process with the biggest leverage instead of touching everything at once. First we sharpen the problem, then we build.

  • Delivery

At the end of the Sprint, something runs in your operation, not in a prototype. We ship productive workflows with SOPs, evals, and onboarding.

  • Agent know-how

We know what agents can reliably do today and what they can't. We add approvals, logging, and evals exactly where things tip over without them.

  • An owner's lens

We think in KPI baselines and before-and-after, not feature lists. Every workflow has to prove itself against a number that matters to you.

Our own studio runs on the same agent workflows we build for you. That's our proof it works, not something to buy.

Built by operators, not slide consultants.

Security by design

Before we build, we map your data sources, permissions, model providers, processing locations, approval steps, and logs. Every workflow gets a permission matrix, human approval at sensitive points, an audit trail, a fallback, and a KPI baseline. Agents don't get broad access by default. Each step sees only what it needs.

  • A data-flow map before we build
  • Least-privilege access for every step
  • Human approval for sensitive actions
  • An audit log for every run
  • Provider and model choices documented
  • No autonomous sending or exporting without approval, unless explicitly agreed
  • A DPA and security review available for paid projects

Common questions

Isn't this just a chatbot in the end?

No. We don't build chatbots. A chatbot waits for someone to ask something. Our workflows handle a specific work step on their own, run inside your existing tools, and put the result in front of you for approval.

Where does my data live?

The workflow runs in the systems you already use. Before we build, we clarify which data a step sees, where it's processed, and what gets logged. You keep authority over your data. We follow your rules.

Are you replacing my staff?

No. We take over the repeatable parts of a process so your people have time for the work that takes judgment. Approval and escalation stay with a human. That's a fixed part of every workflow.

What does it cost?

The Fit Check is free. The Scan starts at 7,500 CHF/EUR. The Workflow Sprint starts at 30,000 CHF/EUR. Managed AgentOps starts at 5,000 CHF/EUR per month. Founding Partners get reduced Sprint terms from 19,500 CHF/EUR on a narrow scope. The exact price depends on integrations, data access, and approval requirements.

Do we end up with another tool to manage?

We embed workflows in your existing tools wherever we can. When a process needs a review queue, an audit trail, or a structured approval screen, we build a slim workbench around that one workflow. It's not another general-purpose tool for your team to manage.

Which tools do you work with?

The ones you already have: Slack, email, HubSpot, Notion, Linear, GitHub, your CRM or ERP, and PDF processing. The workflow should run where your team already is, not in a new tool that nobody opens.

What about security and audit?

Every step is logged, so it stays traceable what the workflow did and why. We build in approvals and escalation, and we set permissions so a step only sees what it needs. You get an audit log, not a black box.

How long does it take?

The Scan delivers a prioritized list and a KPI baseline quickly. The Workflow Sprint puts one productive workflow into operation in four to eight weeks. We talk in results per stage, not hour packages.

We already use Copilot or Cursor. Do we still need you?

Those tools help individual people write code or text. We rebuild a process end to end, with approvals, logging, and a measured result. If your team wants to take that on itself, you're probably not our audience, and we'll tell you so in the Fit Check.

Let's see whether a workflow is worth it for you.

In the free Fit Check, we spend 30 minutes on your recurring knowledge work and find out whether there's a process worth tackling. No sales pitch, no slides. If nothing fits, we'll say so.

A few details up front so we can find the right process faster in the Fit Check.

How to prepare for your Fit Check

30 minutes, free, no obligation. The paid Scan is only the next step after that, if it's a fit.
